The College Store processes orders Mondays through Fridays, 8:00am to 3:00pm. All online orders may take 2 to 3 business days to process. Fall 2010 Online Store Specials Free In-Store Pick Up or $9.00 flat rate shipping fee for each textbook order purchased through the College Store's online store and shipped UPS Ground to a street address within Washington State. DISCLAIMER This site is updated daily as the College Store receives new textbook orders from faculty and shipments from publishers. Please note that because textbook information can change at any time (faculty changes, publisher upgrades, cancelled classes, etc.) the College Store is not responsible for information used on this site for the purchase of textbooks from other locations. Students purchasing materials through the College Store's Online Store, however, are protected under our Refund Policies. If no textbook information is listed for your course/section, the College Store has not yet received a textbook order from the instructor/department. Any purchases through vendors/retailers other than the College Store are made at the customer's own risk and are not guaranteed in any way by the College Store. All textbook prices are estimates only and subject to change without notice as prices may change once publisher invoices are received. By placing your online book order with the Colleg Store you are agreeing to the have the actual price charged to you credit card. Not all prices change and in most cases a price may increase by 10% at the most. Used books are sold on an "as is" basis. They may or may not include supplementary materials, unless supplementary materials are required. If you purchase a used book and decide you need additional materials or are not happy with the condition of the used book, you are welcome to refund the used book and purchase a new book. PLEASE NOTE Availability of NEW & USED Textbooks: Although the option to order NEW or USED may be listed for a textbook, they may not be available at all times. Because orders are filled from textbooks stocked in the store we cannot offer a real time inventory online. OK to Substitute or No Substitutions: Our staff makes every attempt to fill your order exactly as you have requested, however, if you order a textbook as USED and USED is not available, NEW will be substituted if you have selected the option "OK to Substitute" and the price will be adjusted on your subtotal to reflect the NEW price. If you order a textbook as NEW and NEW is not available, USED will be substituted if you have selected the option "OK to Substitute" and the price will be adjusted on your subtotal to reflect the USED price. If you select the option "No Substitutions" and the textbook is not available as requested, the textbook will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for that textbook. You will not be notified of a USED/NEW substitution until after your order has been processed. After your order has been processed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation showing the actual items being shipped and their cost. Your original invoice will be included inside a plastic envelope on top of your shipment. Shipping/In Store Pick Up Fees & Processing Time: A shipping or in store pick up fee will be applied to all orders when the order is being prepared for shipment. Unless there is a shipping special in progress, all shipping fees are calculated by the weight of the items being shipped, the shipping method chosen and the shipping destination, rather than by the dollar amount of the order. There will be an additional handling fee of $10.00 added to each order shipped to international destinations. For more detailed information on shipping, please visit the College Store Policies page. All orders may take two to three days to process.
